Had 4 new tires installed along with an oil change. Firestone informed on the preliminary cost and estimated time it would take to do the work. I was kept informed on the progress by email. Made suggestions for future needs. Didn’t try to upsell. Very good experience. I would recommend Firestone at Quakerbridge Mall for any automotive needs.

I purchased all four tires from this Firestone location, along with Road Hazard Protection and Lifetime Alignment. In February, one of my rear tires was replaced under the road hazard warranty after a nail. During that visit, I specifically requested that the tires be rotated, the alignment checked, and any necessary work performed to ensure even tire wear. A few months later, another shop found that my right rear tire had worn significantly more than the others. Firestone ultimately replaced the worn tire, but I still had to pay a prorated amount and related charges despite having purchased the road hazard warranty. When I asked why the tire had worn so quickly, I was told it had not been rotated. That was especially frustrating because I had specifically requested rotation and alignment during the earlier visit. I was told a manager would call me because I was unhappy with how the situation was handled, but I never received that call. I then called the store twice myself and still did not receive a callback. Very disappointing experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care location in Trenton, NJ. Despite having a scheduled appointment, it took nearly two hours just for my car to be brought into the service area for an oil change, general inspection, and wheel alignment. The actual service then took an additional hour, making the total wait approximately three hours for basic vehicle maintenance. There appears to be very little respect for customers’ time. Another gentleman who had been waiting since around 8:00 a.m. was only able to leave close to noon. The reason for these delays could be that they underestimate how long each vehicle will take, the mechanics consistently require more time than expected, or the location simply overbooks appointments. Whatever the reason, it is ultimately the customer who suffers and has to wait endlessly for basic service. The scheduling and time management at this location need a complete overhaul. Appointments should be honored within a reasonable timeframe, and customers should be informed upfront about significant delays. I would not recommend Firestone to anyone expecting timely service.

Great service! We took our car in on a Thursday morning, heard from the mechanics Thursday afternoon about recommended work (with options for delaying if we wanted to), went ahead with repairs and got the car back Friday afternoon. We appreciated the prompt service, honesty, and kindness shown by everyone we interacted with.

I had an unexpected tire blowout today and was extremely stressed. Around 6 PM, I walked into Firestone without an appointment, hoping they might be able to help. To my surprise, they immediately took care of me. They were incredibly lucky to have the exact same tire I needed in stock, and even though they close at 7 PM, the team worked efficiently and had my car back on the road in about an hour. I truly cannot thank the staff and technicians enough. They stayed professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me during a stressful situation instead of rushing me out because it was close to closing time. Their quick response probably saved my entire evening, and their outstanding customer service exceeded all my expectations. This is exactly the kind of business that deserves recognition and loyal customers. A huge thank you to everyone who helped me today. You turned a terrible day into a much better one. I will absolutely be coming back for future service and will gladly recommend this Firestone location to my family and friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!
